Thank you for using HeadshotPic (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Refund & Billing Policy outlines how payments, orders, and refunds are handled to ensure a transparent and fair experience. By purchasing or using any of our paid services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Payments and Orders

  • All payments are securely processed through our merchant of record, Paddle.
  • We do not store any payment card information; transactions follow PCI-DSS and international security standards.
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region, exchange rate, or promotions.
  • After successful payment, you will receive an invoice or receipt directly from Paddle by email.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction and fairness. However, because our product is a digital image generation service, refunds are limited to specific conditions.

a. Refundable Situations

  • If your paid order has not yet started processing, you may request a full refund.
  • If a technical error prevents completion or delivery of your paid HD images (1024×1024), you are eligible for a full or partial refund.

b. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Any HD images (1024×1024) have been successfully generated or downloaded.
  • Uploads that do not meet our photo quality requirements (e.g., blurry, AI-generated, no face detected).
  • Service interruptions or data loss caused by user-side issues (e.g., unstable internet, browser crash).
  • Subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to system errors.

c. Request Window and Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds can only be issued if no HD image has been downloaded.
  • To request a refund, email support@headshotpic.io with your order details.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  • Currently, HeadshotPic does not offer subscriptions.
  • If subscription plans are introduced later, you may cancel anytime via your account settings.
  • Payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable.

4. Pricing and Promotions

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotions at any time.
  • Price changes do not affect completed orders.
  • Discount codes are valid only during their active period and cannot be combined.

Our team reviews and responds to all inquiries within 7 business days.

6. Legal Disclaimer

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and is designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Because HeadshotPic provides a digital image generation service, refunds are limited to cases where delivery has not occurred. HeadshotPic is operated by an independent team/organization, and all payments are securely processed by Paddle (merchant of record).
